We organize Pennsylvania's image industry around 6 core pillars: apprenticeship, continuing education, grants, business coaching, advocacy, and mentorship. Every member is connected to or supported by all six, ensuring a well-rounded path of growth, opportunity, and long-term success.
A 12-month paid apprenticeship placing emerging stylists and barbers inside vetted member shops across the commonwealth.
Invite-only intensives with visiting artists from Paris, Milan, New York. Color, cutting, business, and brand.
Direct funding for independent salons and barbershops. Rent relief, equipment, renovations, licensing.
Monthly peer circles for shop owners: financials, hiring, marketing, and the unglamorous work of staying open.
